Nathaniel J. Malo, PT, DPT Nathaniel received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Oregon after receiving his B.S. from Fresno State. He was initially slated to attend medical school with the aspiration of becoming an orthopedic surgeon until a sports injury resulted in reconstructive surgery and significant rehabilitation.
During his bout of physical therapy he realized that the role of the physical therapist was pivotal in his return to function/sport and the role of the physical therapist was his true calling. He redirected his efforts to studying rehabilitation science and left the San Joaquin Valley for Oregon to do his graduate work.
While performing his graduate work in Oregon, Nathaniel completed 6 clinical internships. One of these was at Portland’s sole Level 1 Trauma Center, Legacy Emanuel Medical Center, where he treated individuals with significant injuries ranging from industrial crush injuries to traumatic near amputations of the arm. His 4 outpatient orthopedic internships focused on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. During his final internship with Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland he worked side by side with Certified Hand Therapists and brought his own experience with hand/wrist/elbow and shoulder injuries into the clinic. This allowed him to augment the rehabilitation of throwing/overhead athletes with sport specific training. Also, he worked extensively rehabilitating individuals with upper extremity injuries who must perform heavy and overhead lifting for their occupation. Originally being from Hawaii, outside the clinic you can usually find him surfing one of the many good breaks along the Central Coast.
He also enjoys snowboarding, golfing, rock climbing, white water rafting, baseball/softball, hiking and fishing. Education California State University Fresno, Fresno, CA |

Director of Facilities and Purchasing Randall was born and raised in California’s Central Valley and moved to San Luis Obispo in 1998. From physical labor to bartending and sales to office jobs, Randall has gained a lot of knowledge and experience in dealing with many different responsibilities and personality types throughout his professional career.

From his work ethic and desire to grow, Randall was offered the dual roles of Director of Facilities & Purchasing Manager. He now works closely with the Accounting Department on many levels, as well as with the CEO of the company.
