Tuesdays 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
— San Luis Sports Therapy in AG (1510 W. Branch (in the Kmart shopping center))
— Call 489-7912 for appointment

— $40 per visit– No insurance necessary
— Parent or Guardian required for athletes under age 18
— Sports injuries only please
— Exams performed by a certified athletic trainer (ATC)
— Musculoskeletal screen and injury management recommendations provided
— On-going treatment performed with physician prescription
— Be sure to mention "Sports Injury Screen" when making appointment
